Yargullen Flower Farm

These Giveaway Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions, giveaways, and promotional draws (“Promotions”) conducted by Yargullen Flower Farm unless otherwise stated.

By entering any Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any specific conditions outlined in the relevant promotional material.

1. Promoter

The promoter of all giveaways is Yargullen Flower Farm (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in the specific Promotion details:

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over

  • The winner must be able to collect the prize from the specified collection point or qualify for local delivery, where applicable

Entries received outside the stated promotion period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Unless otherwise stated:

  • No purchase is required to enter

  • Each valid entry submitted in accordance with the instructions will be included in the draw

The Promoter reserves the right to deem entries invalid if they do not comply with the stated entry requirements.

5. Prizes

Prize details, including descriptions and values, will be outlined in the relevant Promotion material.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Prizes are not transferable

  • Prizes are not redeemable for cash

  • Prizes cannot be exchanged or substituted

Where prizes involve seasonal, handmade, or agricultural products, availability and exact composition may vary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Unless otherwise stated, winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

Winners will be announced and contacted using the method outlined in the relevant Promotion material.

If a winner does not respond within the timeframe specified, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Delivery & Collection

Prizes must be collected or delivered in accordance with the conditions outlined in the relevant Promotion material.

Delivery eligibility, timeframes, and collection arrangements are determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

8. Platform Disclaimer

Promotions may be promoted or hosted on third-party platforms (including but not limited to Facebook or Instagram).

Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of a Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and contacting the winner.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues, including platform outages or disruptions

  • Lost, delayed, incomplete, or invalid entries

  • Any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in a Promotion or accepting a prize

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Verify the validity of entries

  • Disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify a Promotion if circumstances arise outside reasonable control

The Promoter’s decision in relation to any Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
