Yargullen Flower Farm supplies fresh, seasonal flowers and seeds. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies to all purchases made online, at markets, or through wholesale ordering.
Fresh Flowers (Wholesale Orders & Market Bunches)
Because fresh flowers are perishable, all flower sales are final sale.
This includes:

Wholesale flower orders

Market bunches
-
Farm-gate or pop-up sales
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind
-
Over-ordering or unused flowers
-
Event or preference changes
Flower Quality
Our flowers are harvested, graded, and packed with care to ensure freshness at the time of sale or collection.
As a seasonal flower farm, natural variations in colour, size, stem length, and bloom stage are normal and expected.
Reporting a Flower Issue
If there is an issue with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery.
Include:

Proof of purchase

A description of the issue

Clear photos taken on the day of receipt, before conditioning or arranging
Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be assessed.
Eligible Flower Claims
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or credit if flowers are:

Incorrectly supplied (wrong variety or quantity)

Significantly damaged at the time of receipt
Not Covered (Flowers)
We do not accept claims for:

Natural or seasonal variation
-
Weather-related growing impacts
-
Improper handling, storage, or conditioning after receipt

Flowers that have been used, arranged, or processed
Flower Refunds
Approved claims will be resolved by:

A replacement (subject to availability), or
-
A store credit
Cash refunds are not offered for fresh flowers.
Seeds
Seed Sales
Seeds are a non-perishable product. We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect variety selection

Opened seed packets
Incorrect or Damaged Seed Orders
If your seed order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos.
Germination Disclaimer
Seed performance depends on many factors outside our control, including soil, climate, watering, planting time, and care.
For this reason, we do not guarantee germination rates and cannot offer refunds based on germination outcomes.
Seed Refunds
If a seed claim is approved, we may offer:

A replacement seed packet, or

A store credit
Cash refunds are not provided unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
