Yargullen Flower Farm supplies fresh, seasonal flowers and seeds. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only.

Fresh Flowers (Wholesale Orders & Market Bunches)

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, shipping availability is limited.

Delivery Options

Fresh flowers may be:

• Available for local delivery (where offered), or

• Collection only, as specified on the product page or at checkout

Shipping options and availability will be clearly stated at the time of ordering.

Dispatch & Delivery Timing (Flowers)

Fresh flower orders are packed close to harvest to ensure quality.

Delivery or collection dates are scheduled and confirmed at the time of ordering.
We do not ship fresh flowers on days where quality may be compromised due to transit time or weather conditions.

Flower Delivery Responsibility

Once flowers are delivered or collected, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Please ensure:

• Someone is available to receive the delivery

• Flowers are conditioned promptly upon receipt

We are not responsible for delays or quality issues caused by:

• Courier delays

• Incorrect delivery details

• Missed deliveries

Seeds

Seed Shipping

Seeds are shipped via Australia Post or a comparable courier service.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment being received.

Seed Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for seeds are calculated at checkout.

Seed Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location.

Incorrect or Missing Orders

If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within:

• 24 hours for fresh flowers

• 7 days for seed orders

Please include your order number and photos where applicable.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
