3. Pricing & Payment

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where:

Once an order for fresh flowers has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the perishable nature of the product.
5. Fresh Flowers (Wholesale & Market Sales)
Fresh flowers are sold as a perishable product.
Natural variations in colour, size, stem length, and bloom stage are normal and expected.
By purchasing fresh flowers from Yargullen Flower Farm, you acknowledge and accept:

6. Seeds
Seeds are sold as a non-perishable product.
Seed performance can be affected by factors outside our control, including climate, soil conditions, watering, planting methods, and timing.

Refunds are not offered based on germination outcomes
Incorrect or damaged seed orders must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
7. Delivery & Collection
Responsibility for products transfers to the customer once:

Customers are responsible for ensuring flowers are conditioned and stored correctly upon receipt.
We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from:
